Creative Problem Solving

The Creative Problem Solving course will challenge you to think through business

problems using a six-step process in order to generate new and original solutions.

This one-day course enables you to identify your personal and team problem

solving style and your strengths and weaknesses in solving problems.

You will learn techniques for defining the problem, analyzing the causes, generating

and selecting solutions, planning actions and monitoring results. This is a practical

workshop, which uses case studies and example problems from within your own

business or industry as the problem solving briefs, which you work on during the day

in order to generate solutions.
